LIFE ElderCare, Fremont, CA: Since 1974, LIFE ElderCare has been helping frail and disabled seniors and adults thrive in the place they call home. With a huge team of volunteers, LIFE ElderCare delivers Meals-On-Wheels; a daily hot nutritious meal and well-check, provides VIP Rides to appointments and shopping with the goal being destination assistance for those who don’t have it anywhere else, companionship to the isolated through our Friendly Visitors, and a holistic Fall Prevention program in partnership with Unitek Nursing School. LIFE has been providing much-needed, community-based supports for some of the Tri-City’s most vulnerable residents. Fridaze is committed to providing financial assistance to LIFE ElderCare to support their volunteer efforts.
